Upon confirmation of receiving your payment for the order, your order(s) will reach you within 2-5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) after it have been dispatched from our Warehouse.

Registered Courier Service by J&T Express:

All orders are sent out via registered courier service to ensure reliability and timeliness of the goods delivered. All orders with Registered Courier come with a tracking number that will be updated in your account order history and will be emailed to you.

Do allow 1 working day for your order to be processed and you should receive parcel next 1-2 working days.Â

J&T Express delivers Monday to Sunday, anytime between 9am to 10pm. A SMS will be sent to recipient to inform the parcel is on its way. If no one is at home, driver will try to contact the recipient if permission is granted to leave the parcel in the riser/door gap/shoes cabinet. To leave the parcel in a safe place, customer is required to provide a 4-digit One-Time Password to driver. If customer is unreachable, the parcel will be brought back to J&T Express sorting hub, pending rescheduling of the next delivery attempt. Customer can arrange re-delivery via their hotline 6850 0660 or emailÂ at cs_sg@jtexpress.sg.

Kindly note that J&T Express provides a maximum of 2 delivery attempts to your address. Â Once the 2 delivery attempt has been exhausted, the parcel would be sent back to The BMD Shop. Customer would be charged with the full delivery fee in order for us to arrange a new courier for you.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International postage rates are charged based on the total weight of the order. Each order will be sent via our local Postal Service and comes with a tracking number.Â To find out the cost of shipping to your country, simply setup an account with us, add the beautiful dresses to the cart and use the integrated shipping calculator to retrieve a quote.Â Estimates of the international shipping are summarised below:

* Delivery times are only estimates and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.
* Any delays at destination countries due to custom checks/processing time is not within the control of Singapore Post. Please check with your local post office using the tracking number that we have provided to you after your order is sent out.
* Estimated delivery times only applies to major cities/office of mail of exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.
* For delivery during festive periods, it is advisable to add at least another 10 working days to the estimated delivery time shown below.
